We have two timeshare resort facilities on our grounds: Resort Management Group (RMG) and Vacation Resorts International (VRI). Timeshares can be rented on a short- or long-term basis. Overlooking the Neuse River and the Northwest Creek Marina, the views are spectacular and the perfect place to relax.

Amenities at Timeshares

For no additional charge, Fairfield Harbour guests can enjoy Broad Creek Recreation Center. The facility offers fitness classes, indoor and outdoor pools, and tennis, volleyball, and basketball facilities. It also features a fitness room and special activities, including social events, arts and crafts, and Bingo. Additionally, guests can rent bicycles, movies, and video games, and there are also areas to enjoy table tennis, horseshoes, miniature golf, or billiards.

Harbour Pointe Golf Club, an 18-hole championship golf course, offers stunning views, a challenging design, and a practice area with a driving range. Guests can also take advantage of one of Fairfield Harbour's many marinas, including the Northwest Marina. The Northwest Marina can accommodate yachts up to 60 feet. This full-service marina offers premium fuel as well as pump-out facilities.

Resort Management Group is a full service property management firm that specializes in timeshare condominium management at The Resort at Fairfield Harbour.
